From Tehran to Vancouver, each new chapter has brought a different way to create, lead, and work with people.
Elham Rezaei was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1978. From an early age, she had a strong passion for art and creativity.
A top student at school, she married Amir at 18 and was unable to continue to university. Her early family life centered around Amir and their two daughters, Saba and Souphia. Her creativity, determination, and support also helped Amir with his business activities in Iran.
Elham and Amir arrived in Canada with their daughters in 2007. Because of Amir's professional responsibilities with several companies in Iran, the family initially traveled between the two countries.
In 2009, they settled in Vancouver, British Columbia, beginning a new chapter together.
In Vancouver, Elham pursued culinary arts at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA), studying Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry. She graduated with diplomas and achieved top scores in both programs.
She later worked at the Pan Pacific Hotel in downtown Vancouver and continued developing her cake decorating and advanced design skills.
Elham established Taste of Inspiration, creating cakes and desserts and selling them through markets in West Vancouver and North Vancouver.
The experience brought together creativity, entrepreneurship, customer relationships, and business ownership.
After attending a financial seminar, Elham entered the financial-services industry in 2017 and subsequently obtained the required licenses. The work brought together entrepreneurship, education, leadership, and her interest in working with people.
Elham reports that during her first several years in the business she earned approximately $500,000 in personal income and became a franchise owner. This is her reported career history, not a company performance figure.
Elham later connected with people working with Global Financial Impact (GFI) and developed her business as an Executive Marketing Director (EMD). She reports more than nine years in financial services and a team of more than 170 business partners across British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
Her weekly training sessions focus on financial education, professional development, leadership, business development, personal development, and mindset.
ADVANCED PLANNING
Elham works with clients across a range of financial needs and has developed experience in advanced planning conversations for corporations. Her approach connects individual priorities with broader business considerations.
LOOKING AHEAD
Elham is also exploring opportunities to expand her business activities into the United States, including California, subject to applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.
FAMILY & PARTNERSHIP
Elham works alongside her husband, Amir, combining her financial-services experience with Amir's management and business background. Together, they continue to build their business with a focus on leadership, education, relationships, and long-term growth.
