A long-standing interest in people and enterprise has taken Amir from manufacturing leadership in Tehran to building a life in Vancouver.
Amir Taghiakbari was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1968. From his school years, he developed strong relationships with classmates and maintained many of those connections over the years.
These long-term relationships helped shape his interest in working with people and understanding different personalities.
After completing military service, Amir joined a large manufacturing group in the glass industry. He became involved with Kaveh Glass Industrial Group and, after years of professional development and management experience, became managing director of two companies within the group.
He worked with the group for more than ten years before moving into entrepreneurship.
Amir later started a business in the chemical industry, supplying raw materials for downstream industries. This marked a move from corporate management into entrepreneurship.
Amir became involved in a high-rise development project in Tehran and served on its management team and board.
After the project was sold, the buyer invited him to participate in upcoming projects, allowing him to continue developing his management experience.
Amir later became involved with businesses connected to chicken farming and egg production. He took on board leadership responsibilities and continued developing his experience across multiple industries.
In 2007, Amir, Elham, Saba, and Souphia moved to Canada as the family pursued a new chapter. Eventually, Vancouver became their home.

Elham works alongside her husband, Amir, combining her financial-services experience with Amir's management and business background. Together, they continue to build their business with a focus on leadership, education, relationships, and long-term growth.
